Wash away the tears of sadness with laughter shared with a friend. Scrub away the dirt that has collected such as negative attitudes with the cleansing action of belief. Belief in yourself, knowing that you can change most situations with a clear and perhaps cleaner approach to the problem that besets you. As we wash away the grime of the day by taking a shower, take a moment to mentally shower your mind with the cleansing thoughts of hope in action and create the change required.
