Our bodies are able to take us anywhere and because of this we can enjoy the marvelous experience called life. Do we respect our bodies, do we treat them with care? Generally, no! We consciously step into them when we wake up and start our day. Do we actually realize that the body is a remarkable machine that we need to look after? We tend to look after our cars more than our bodies! However, if we do take care of them then we will, with these bodies, be able to go anywhere and do so much.
