Learning how to bend within difficult situations regarding your own personal view upon different subjects, which in turn allows you to gain knowledge. Stretching beyond your restricted beliefs can only bring to you the opportunity of learning, along with perhaps some fun times. Bending and stretching are both great for the human body, but are magical for the mindset.
