Going Back To Go Forward. Gena Says.
In life we always progress even if at times it does not appear to be so. Every event in our journey teaches us something big or small it matters not as we are always learning. There do come occasions when we have to take a step back to refresh not just our body but also our over thinking mind. When doing this it is not going backwards instead it is re-grouping, bringing both body and mind into alignment so that we can move forward but with wisdom and resolve. There is, in truth, no backward steps, just reflection and consideration that will always advance us.
