Happiness is the other side of sadness as we cannot understand happiness until we have experienced sadness. To miss a person to feel their loss is because you allowed yourself to love someone. To feel the pain of separation is because you became connected and joined in the energy with another. Life has its darker moments but these are only seen when you have viewed the brighter more positive days. When a sad moment befalls you, look beyond and understand that this is purely because of the joy of happiness has touched you. In doing so the sad moments disappear as you touch into the memory of the glorious days.
