The outside should be the same as the inside, the way you interact with life should be how you feel within. Try not to pretend to the world that ‘everything is okay’ when it is not. Bring what is inside out, share your worries, your fears and also your hopes with someone as you never know who could step forward to help you. Let the outside into your life as there are wonderful people out there who wish to support and help you out of your worries and into their arms of friendship.
