It is never too late to alter a situation by asking for forgiveness. Circumstances might not be able to be resolved but the emotions or disruptive elements can be softened or even erased by the act of forgiving. It is never too late to say sorry, as again it is never too late to accept that we all make mistakes but we can grow wiser because of them. It is never too late to step back for a moment and see that life can be hard for some, so to enable the situation become resolved, well, it is better late than never.
