It is what we remember that forms our next step, it is what we have gained that takes us forward. Try to remember the better things of your days on this earth and leave the darker harsher memories behind, do not become imprisoned by them. You might need to reflect back to a difficult passage of your life purely to see how far you have come and what you have gladly left behind. Do not become the sadness of the past but use the troubled times to register your strength and resolve. It is what we remember and ourselves of yesterday that makes us the person of today.
