It is time to stand firm and boldly walk the path that is your personal journey. Do not capitulate and follow the wishes of another person if these are not your own desires. At times we need to compromise due to sharing our days with others. Of course within relationships there is the need to agree upon the future steps taken together, that is what a partnership is all about.
