Our well-being depends upon us being at one with life. Grasping the opportunities that pop up from time to time enabling us to be bold and step outside of the box of normality. Our well-being includes our health and fitness because body and mind are not separate and should be working in harmony with each other. To be well, is to be respectful and careful with the amazing machine known as the human body. It is to understand that being alive is both a privilege and a blessing. Take good care of your being and all will be well.
