To sleep peacefully you need to accept that you have done your very best each day. Even if a day was uneventful it was a great day because it was not stressful. If events filled your every moment with difficulties, by doing your best there is nothing much more you can do. Sleep peacefully by tucking up your problems and placing them beyond your mind when you go to bed, you can do nothing whilst you are there! If you can let go of your worries when you retire at night you just might find that they no longer exist when you awake in the morning to start the new day.
