Step aside from the events that hurt you in life. Move away from the emotional reactions to the behaviour of other people. If you could train yourself to mentally step aside, to let the moment pass life will become more peaceful for you. Difficult situations will often arrive before you but if you decide not to ‘step upon the bus of reaction’ the moment will pass and you will then see things clearly.
