Take a break from worrying about events of the day. Give yourself a moment to view everything that is happening around you. Perhaps there are certain things that you just need to be aware of but not concern yourself about. Take a break from the frenzy of life, not all of it belongs to you, do not try to claim what is not yours. Break with the general rushed movement of life and take time to enjoy each day. Every day is special and unique and it will not come around again, so break off from worrying and just enjoy the day.
