Take a memory photo of your happy moments and when life is a bit wobbly think about the happier times. In life we have more pleasant moments or days than we remember. Just like photos in our cupboards we forget that they are there. So, when life become a little difficult go into your memory bank and search for the happy days and remember the laughter and the love that was shared all around. Take mental photos but throw the sad ones away and reflect upon the ones that make you smile.
