The Rubbish Bin. Gena Says.
In all our homes we have one, two or even more rubbish bins that we use to throw away what we do not want or what is not of use anymore. It is quite a good idea to have a mental rubbish bin where you can imagine throwing away events, situations or problems that you really do not need anymore. Take a moment to think about what is troubling you and if you actually cannot deal with it, well then throw it away and then smile. This will mean that you mind is freer and clearer of situations that come along that need to be chucked away to leave you with a positive wonderful day.
