Life is full of ‘take-aways’ generally to do with food. When we purchase or order a take-away there is invariably a sense of pleasure in the fact of not having to prepare something ourselves. However, the best take-away is to take away from your life the elements that cause you discomfort. How can this be done you might ask? Well, just take everything as it comes along, good or less good, deal with it and then when it is over you can see that you have accomplished something and now the way is clear for you to enjoy yourself.
