The Third Person. Gena Says.
The third person means stepping back from what you are doing and watching yourself and your actions. By being the third person you can see how you react and then this gives you the possibility to see why you respond in the way you do. At times it is the fear that takes over, the fear of doing the wrong thing or even the panic of not knowing what to do. By being this invisible third person you can think briefly and perhaps your reactions will less fearful and the outcome more positive. Make friends with this ‘third person’ and then life will become much easier.
