We are full of thoughts from the moment that we wake up in the morning until we retire to slumber of the evening. Our actions come from some thought somewhere, far too many are based on fear. We concern ourselves upon what others think of us, try to change this to what you think about them, and then think kindly and with compassion. We often wander the highways of our mind and stumble over memories that cause us a certain amount of grief, change the highway, the one that leads you to smile about what has passed. Let your thoughts be full of beauty and gratitude and then for sure your days will be more pleasant as so will you.
